It was in a very central location, to the shopping mall. The staff were amicable and exceptional and provided help.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Tidy hotel, knowledgeable employees at the reception desk. Central location and nicely decorated hotel itself. Walking distance to shops and city centre shops across the street.

What a fancy and quirky hotel with AFFABLE staff at the reception desk! Reasonably priced restaurant, large room with jacuzzi and iron & ironing board, for instance. Good and perfect location in the center of town. Found in the amazing area.
Beds were quite uncomfortable.

We visited the zoo, awesome, and also checked out the local Christmas market. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and the staff were super friendly. The public areas really had a charming vibe.
The only downside was that our room was a bit dated, which wasn't a big deal but could use some refreshing.

The location is very good, in the centre. Just opposite is a shopping centre. The room was very good. What I want to mention explicitly is that you can charge cell phones etc. directly via USB and you can save some adapters. But of course you need this adapter for razors etc. . The breakfast is in English but it was very good. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, beans and mushrooms. Otherwise it was typical toast. But there was also fruit at the bar. The coffee itself was also good.

A great match for a brief retreat in Bradford with good value. The lemon tart was the highlight of our meal. Check drink prices before ordering to avoid surprises.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The slightly faded grandeur of the hotel is charming. There was a warm welcome, coffee ready for us right away, and the room was spacious, had a big bathroom too which was nice.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.
